Kewells in Sydney last week
Tuesday, February 9th, 2010
News reports in Australia say that Harry and his wife Sheree were house hunting during his recent trip to Sydney. One of his friends commented that "He wants some land for his kids to run about on". With much speculation about where Harry will be playing next season, Australian fans would be eager to see Harry return to his homeland where he could play for either Sydney FC or new club Western Rovers. The move to Australia would also be attractive to Harry's actress wife Sheree who has appeared in numerous British soaps and would love to be on 'Neighbours' or 'Home and Away'. Harry stays, Nonda goes

Shabani with Harry..pointing towards the exit door?
Friday, 29th January, 2010
Due to the influx of three new foreign players, namely Lucas Neill, Jô and Giovani Dos Santos, Galatasaray were faced with the task of terminating the contract of one of their foreign players before the second half of the Turkish Lig began. Harry was the most likely candidate to get the axe due to the return of his chronic groin injury which will now see him miss at least 5 weeks of action. Nonda and goalkeeper Leo Franco were the other potential candiates to have their contracts terminated due to poor performances this season. On top of Harry's injury, his contract expires at the end of the season making him an even more attractive contract to terminate considering the speculation over his next move. However, perhaps due to Harry's cult status with the Gala fans (, Nonda who scored 18 goals in 21 matches this season was released allowing Harry to remain with the club, at least until the end of the season.

For the Socceroos this will be good news as it means Harry will have some time to regain some match fitness by hopefully being able to play a handful of matches prior to the World Cup in June. Harry is currently back in his home town Sydney to consult specialist Dr John Garvey about his injury. However, plenty of speculation remains about his future with the Turkish club. Whilst it is clear that the CimBom want him back next season, it is unknown what Harry's next move will be. Several clubs have been linked with Harry over the past month including Marseille, Stoke, Sevilla and Manchester United. Whilst some may scoff at the Manchester United rumours, one has to remember the Sir Alex Ferguson is an admirer of Harry, failing to purchase him in 2003 which consequently led to the purchase of Cristiano Ronaldo. Ryan Giggs is in the twilight of his career and Sir Alex's punt with injury prone Michael Owen this season shows he may have some faith with Harry. Adding to the fact that Harry's family resides in Manchester makes the idea even more attracive...this of course is all speculation and gossip, we will just have to wait and see how Harry's injury turns out and how he performs when he returns.
Below is and interview with GSTV from the beginning of the month where Harry discusses his future with the club whilst doing his best to remain coy.
